• We screen every tenant before placing them in your property. This includes obtaining credit information from the major credit reporting agencies and contacting the applicant’s current and previous landlord and employer.
• We perform exterior visual inspections of your property.
• We offer 24-hour emergency service.
• We return calls promptly, do what we say we are going to do consistently, and we listen. We are accurate, efficient and prompt.
• We pay bills if requested.
• Our easy-to-read monthly statements simplify clients' tax preparation and cash flow monitoring. We provide detailed reports on year-to-date totals and percentages. We also include a general ledger and copies of all invoices in the monthly statement package.
• We use current forms best protect our clients.
